We offer the following materials as options for the motor spring design – inconel, carbon steel 301, stainless steel. We recommend type 301SS as the manufacturing material. This material provides benefits of high tensile strength and ductility. It can also be customized to achieve a high hardening rate for increased wear resistance.
Our springs are known for their long fatigue lives. They can provide excellent performance anywhere between 2500 and a million cycles.
